Been readin’ it again a little. It’s freely available as pdf from the net. It’s remarkable how so many people have similar problems with UNIX (and with Linux nowadays of course). I know my way around but am no expert by any means, and it’s often extremely frustrating when you’re trying to achieve some pretty simple task.
If you have some experience with UNIX, I’d recommend starting from page 77 where the reasoning behind the interface of killing processes is sardonically detailed.
I’ve had some a bit more provocative shorter posts up here lately but probably I don’t have enough readership (at least not yet) to invite replies. 🙂 I guess people have rightfully ignored all the stuff that has less content and has concentrated on the stuff that actually is more useful. Rightly so!
